Please Note: If you requested a quote for an Expert Opinion Letter, or a Translation, a $1 preliminary charge will be placed on the card provided. This is not a formal charge, only a hold on funds to validate the card information provided. No funds will be transferred to Morningside until the service is completed. If the service is not completed, the $1 hold will be released, and no funds will be drawn from your account.
