Please Note: If you requested a quote for an Expert Opinion Letter, or a Translation, a $1 preliminary charge will be placed on the card provided. This is not a formal charge, only a hold on funds to validate the card information provided. No funds will be transferred to Morningside until the service is completed. If the service is not completed, the $1 hold will be released, and no funds will be drawn from your account. A Morningside representative will contact you if the type or price of the service differs from what you have selected above. Please review our List of Rates for standard pricing and turnaround times.
